Bob Platt
Attorney Bob Platt, the president of the corporation, graduated from San Jose State University in 1969 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing and with minors in Psychology and Philosophy. He completed law school at the University of West Los Angeles and passed the bar in 1978. Mr. Platt has argued cases in California, Nevada, Tennessee, New York, Massachusetts, Arizona, Illinois, Texas, and Florida. Mr. Platt has lectured with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (
AILA) throughout the Southwest and West coast. Mr. Platt has tried and won cases in front of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and has appeared in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of clients.
